The 'Clavicula Compact' is the compact version of our super light race crankset, enabling you to use smaller chainrings. Technically identical with the standard “Clavicula”, it maintains the same record-breaking stiffness-to-weight ratio.Typical chainring combinations used with compact cranks are 34/48 or 36/50. While giving similar gear ratios to triple cranks, the smaller chainrings found on compact cranks yield a better chainline, better shifting and fewer doubled gears.

In addition, the shorter spindle allows a greater lean angle in right hand turns. And last but certainly not least, many riders simply enjoy the compact crank’s better looks compared to triple cranks. As with our “Clavicula” the cranks are delivered without chainrings. The bolt circle diameter is a standard 110mm. A bottom bracket and mounting tools are supplied with the cranks. The “Clavicula” is a revolutionary new design of an all-carbon crank. They are designed in close cooperation with the Cologne-based design-specialist formagic.New production methods, never before used for cranks, achieve a giant leap in total stiffness. The crank’s stiffness-to-weight ratio is setting new standards.

In-house lab testing of various high-end cranks shows the superior performance of our crank system. The cranks are designed for road bike applications with a 130 mm or 110 mm bolt circle diameter and for 68 mm bottom bracket width. 170mm, 172.5 mm and 175 mm crank arms available. The sealed bearing bottom bracket attaches outside of the frame using the standard BSA threads. This design allows the use of larger diameter bearings and a wider bearing placement.

In combination with the 30 mm diameter axle these modifications make for a very stiff drivetrain. Optional BB shells for Italian threaded frames now available upon request. Furthermore an adaption for the BB30 and the specialized system are available.Extensive testing of this ground-breaking invention was our top priority. We are currently undertaking various long term and stress tests, because as a pure-bred racing component the “Clavicula” must be able to continually withstand highest loads – be it in hard sprints or during the toughest classics. Both static and dynamic tests have been completed successfully. However, to aviod even the slightest risk we are currently setting a rider weight limit of 95 kg (207 lbs.). Your safety is our main priority!

Uphill every gram counts. Thus, this is what we paid attention to when developing our super-light and stiff “Clavicula MTB” for mountain bikers. The result of a long period of development and uncountable test runs, we present what may be the world’s best MTB racing crank. At only 440 g including BB bearings and spindle the “Clavicula MTB” is lighter than any competitor and therefore impossible to beat on demanding terrain where you have to fight you way to victory over countless grinders.

Aside from the seconds the lower mass shaves off your lap times, it also improves handling of the entire bike. Technical sections become easier to master – the “Clavicula MTB” puts you ahead of the packAs the regular “Clavicula” the new crank is shipped without chainrings, allowing you to choose any set with the common 104/64 mm BCD.

The granny with its 64 mm BCD must be 22 teeth or larger. The crank comes complete with bottom bracket and mounting tool. In certain disciplines, the single-ring drivetrain reigns supreme.

Championing simplicity, strength and durability, the SRAM RED 1 AXS power meter meets the demands of triathletes, time trialists and cyclocross racers. The new Super Record 12x2 Speed crankset: an intense concentration of innovation that results in the greatest possible stiffness and precision in derailing, whilst providing a dedicated aerodynamic “super design.' The new carbon fiber Super Record 12x2 Speed crankset has been made lighter on the inside through Campagnolo Hollow Technology, which uses the Ultra-Torque bracket system with a titanium axle to transfer all of the force the athlete applies to the pedal to the drivetrain. The new Super Record 12x2 Speed crankset can be installed on any type of frame, whether or not it is being used with disc brakes because it optimizes the chain line on the frame with a rear hub flange measuring 130, 135 or 142 millimeters, without affecting the Q factor, which remains constant at 145.5 millimeters thanks to the new hand crank design. The use of ceramic Cult bearings leads to obtaining the smooth ride that the Campagnolo brand is known for. The innovative design of the outer chainring ensures faster, quieter derailing owing to the contoured pin.

The symmetrical design of the inner chainring teeth allows improved stability with chain crossovers. The double wheel sizing standards (112 and 145 millimeters) combined with the eight fixing screws, optimize weight and stiffness through the increased use of carbon fiber. The varying number of pins for each of the three chainring combinations (34/50, 36/52, 39/53) facilitates upshifting due to the optimized free strokes associated with each combination. The special drains on the inside of the outer chainrings optimize performance when downshifting in dead spots. The road steepens, but instead of slowing down, you push harder on the pedals and fly up the hill as all of your power turns into speed thanks to your Campagnolo Super Record Ultra-Torque Crankset. It sports a unique, integrated titanium spindle design that joins the two sides of the crankset together via a toothed Hirth joint in the center. And for ultra-smooth pedaling, the crankset comes with ceramic bottom-bracket bearings that fit into outboard cups (sold separately).

The mechanics of a reclining lawn chairReclining lawn chairs are a way to relax while outdoors A reclining chair has a metal mechanism that is activated when the user pushes on the back of the chair. Once this has happened, there is a footrest that pops out so that the user can rest his legs on it. The metal mechanism is pushed back, when the user pushes on the chair. Once the mechanism is pushes back, it releases the other metal part that holds the footrest, allowing the footrest to pop up. Most of these lawn chairs also have arms, just like regular recliners. However, unlike recliners, they normally do not have a lever in which to activate the footrest. Instead, the user must push back on the chair in order to get it to recline.

There are companies who manufacture these types of lawn chairs; however, the most common type of reclining lawn chair is usually made of aluminium and cloth or just wood. These more common lawn chairs are simply constructed. They have pegs on either side of the chair, at the base of the chair back.

The back of the chair can be adjusted by moving the chair back. It can be adjusted to an upright position, or to a lying position, or anywhere in between. How did recliners originate?Reclining lawn chairs are just an evolution of the reclining chair. One of the first documented reclining chairs dates back to 1813. Throughout the century, hundreds of chair were made using the prototype of the Reclining Patent Chair that was published in a British periodical. As time went on, the chairs evolved and the Morris chair, which was designed by William Morris, debuted in the late 19th century.

The reclining chair design continued to evolve, and in the late 19th to early 20th century, quite a few companies began producing comfortable, innovative, reclining 'easy chairs.' Though the early reclining chairs were not usually comfortable because they were made of wood and metal, the newer versions were made with upholstery and cushions that could be washed. Some recliners also came equipped with racks in which to put magazines. Are there any benefits?Reclining lawn chairs offer an alternative to uncomfortable plastic lawn furniture. Not only are they better looking, but they are also more comfortable than non-reclining chairs. The user can sit outside and enjoy spending time with family or friends, or maybe just reading a book, all the while having a comfortable chair to sit on. Reclining lawn chairs are also ideal for those who have a condition in which they need to have their feet elevated.

They can still enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about not having a recliner to sit on.
